We offer a full refund on all online purchases returned in the condition in which they were sold within 14 days, and offer an exchange on all garments returned within 28 days.

Items for refund must be returned to the address above. Faulty items must also be returned to the address above.
We will only refund postage of faulty or damaged goods by cheque.
When returning your goods by special delivery* please ensure that they are in their original condition and the packaging in which they were delivered. Where possible please state why the goods are being returned.
We are happy to issue a full refund upon receipt, or alternatively we will exchange the goods for you. All refunds will be made to your credit or debit card.
In addition to this we will refund postage for any faulty items returned to us.
However please note we cannot accept liability for the item until we confirm receipt
Where possible we will exchange or issue a credit note for any items not used (including sale items) within 28 days of their purchase. We are unable to refund monies where an item is merely not wanted.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
*For International customers where special delivery is not available please ensure all items for refund are returned via an insured carrier service with tracking as we cannot accept liability until the item is received.
